Client
Scope of Work
The Developer agrees to design and develop a static or informational website (up to 4 pages) to establish an online presence for the Client.
Included: Design, layout, content integration, and mobile responsiveness.
Excluded: This agreement does not include "Web Applications." Systems requiring user logins, dashboards, databases, e-commerce checkouts, or complex backend functionality are not covered.
Costs & Ownership
Labour: Professional services provided at no cost (₦0).
Third-Party Fees: The Client is responsible for a flat fee of ₦100,000, covering:
Domain Name (.com, .ng, or .com.ng) for 1 year
Premium Web Hosting for 1 year
SSL Certificate for security
Official Business Email Address
Ownership: Upon completion, the Client owns the website and domain, provided the third-party fees are settled.
Client Obligations
⚠ Important: The Client must provide all necessary content — Text, Images, and Logo — within 7 days of signing. Failure to provide content may result in the project being deprioritised.
Revisions
The Client is entitled to one (1) round of consolidated reviews.
Once delivered, the Client will provide a list of all desired changes.
Subsequent changes after this round may incur a fee.
